Whoops, it's been 3 months since my last post. I have been so busy, I don't even know where the 3 months have gone! March is a month of mayhem at the Zeone house; it is crazy with my job and 75% of my house has a birthday that month. (Bryon, Brennan, Marvin-cat, and Avery.)

Avery turned 4; Brennan turned 1. It's hard to believe that just last year I was on maternity leave, enjoying the sunshine walking around town with little Brenny. It's also hard to believe that only a year ago Avery was pedaling around on her trike; she's since moved up to a "big girl" bike. I wish time would slow up just a little bit so I could savor a little bit more of their childhood. I feel incredibly guilty that the past 6 months have been all about work and less about family, though the kids have given me plenty of sick days to get extra snuggles. :)

Speaking of work, after 7 hard-working years, I finally became Director of Admissions. I worked soooo hard for this and I'm very excited at the opportunity to help out my college. What I think the best part of this promotion is receiving all of the emails from fellow staff and faculty congratulating me on the opportunity and telling me how much confidence they have in me. It really blew me away and made me that much more excited.

Okay, I hear the sky rumbling so I better check the radar and check on the best two things that have ever happened to me. I feel so lucky and blessed this year.
